For split robot covers, precisely connect each section to eliminate blind spots.
After wearing, fasten all zippers, magic tapes and reinforcing straps with moderate tightness. Avoid loose installation causing dust penetration and position deviation, and prevent over-tightening from restricting joint movement and wearing the fabric. Strengthen the sealing of pipeline holes, rotating gaps and base joints to achieve all-round protection.
Complete static fitting inspection to ensure no shielding at robot joints, accurate hole alignment and no structural interference. Finally, perform no-load trial operation. Make the robot complete flexion, rotation and reciprocating movement to verify that the robot cover operates smoothly without jamming, displacement and friction, ensuring no impact on robot operating accuracy.
